The TREE HUGGER solution supplies safety, security, and a touch of, "I can do this". On trees under 20 inches in diameter the ladder rung contacts the tree at only one point, producing lateral and rotational instability at the top of the ladder, your destination! The serrations in the V-cut grab the tree bark adding rotational stability. On small trees or poles, the V-cut centers the ladder and cradles the tree giving you confidence. When climbing into a tree, the platform can be the convenient last step up and when coming down your feet will thank you for the large platform for them to alight. The TREE HUGGER bolts to most aluminum extension ladders. It is constructed of 3/16 inch aluminum, type 6061, a very tough and durable aluminum. The top plate is 14”x 18”. For photographic purposes, the plate illustrated is painted but it is shipped as natural aluminum.
